Whew! A month more to go and you'll turn 1 y/o. So what have you done for me lately?
You're just hilarious when u showed us your dance moves to the tune of MJ's Bad. I swear i dont know where you got that talent from or who taught you to dance like that. You even dance or should i say wiggle your tummy and hips to all the opening songs of the tv series mommy and daddy watch. From green bag boggie of suits, to independent of royal pains and eat bulaga's juan for all all for juan theme song. You are so cute.
You've been doing a lot of acrobatic stuff -- going over daddy while lying in bed instead of crawling around him to get to the other side, raising your behind face down while drinking your milk from mommy's boobies, doing downward facing dog yoga stance when playing, etc. Those calcium supplement mommy ate must be really working.
You've learned to "give" back mommy's stuff. Handing me my phone or my comb is such a nice preview of what you'll become of the future -- You know what's yours and what's not. At least i wont have a hard time teaching you that.
Your memory of all the things we teach you (and what you've seen us doing) is getting better too. From the way we use cooking utensils and condiments to how we cover our mouth after saying "excuse me" when we burp to touching our hand with your forehead (bless or mano in Filipino). Oh what a smart baby.
You've perfected getting up and standing up on your own. oh, the things you can do are now endless and limitless. And a bit dangerous too if you're not that careful.
You've been walking holding hands with daddy too. He enjoys that so much that he wants us to go to the park always. Even when its 40 degress celcius outside.
I am not expecting you to walk yet, but you already are. You are beginning to make a couple of steps without holding. Im so proud of you.
I love you so much mysweetheart.
Happy 11months old. Continue being our source of inspiration and entertainment.
