My little sister seems to have the same toning-the-body-dilemma. We are currently happy with our current weight. We just want some bulges here and there to disappear. So we decided to have this 30 Day challenge.
All I have is my body weight, floor space and an exercise ball. While she has this close to gym equipments stuff. It is to our liking whether we change food intake or not. As long as nobody will go to regular gym to burn fats. All exercises must be done at home or outdoors (or any place except regular gym). We will compare waist and hip measurements at the end of this 30day challenge. We have kept pictures of ourselves before we start this task. But we wont post it unless there are significant changes seen.
We haven't decided what one would win after this 30 Day Challenge. I guess, just being motivated to exercise, have the bragging rights of "winning" the challenge and getting my"sexy" back is enough reward for me.
