No Rice Challenge

I have noticed that even though I don't eat as much as when I was still breastfeeding,   I don't seem to lose weight or at least lose the spare tire and love handles around my waist.  I've tried exercise and cutting back on snacks and still I am gaining weight. I am having image problem already. So I'm trying to have a "no rice diet".

I've lasted having just these for lunch for 3 days.  But dinner time is a whole new story.  Hubby always requests for viands and meals that are really good with rice. And he wouldn't eat unless I eat with him. Tsk,  tsk, tsk. I need more self control and more exercise since it will be really challenging to resist rice when you're surrounded by rice eaters.
