30 Day Challenge: Workout

I have decided to do the following exercises for my 30Day Challenge Workout Routine.
 Jumping Jacks/Star Jump 10 reps x 3 sets x 2-3x/day

Crunches on Exercise Ball 30 reps x 3 sets x  2-3 x/day

Plank 30 secs hold x 3-5 sets x 2-3x/day

Mountain climb 15 reps x 3 sets x 2-3x/day
15 reps x 3 sets x 2-3x/day
Bridging 30 reps x 3 sets x 2-3x/day
We'll see if these exercises are effective in getting that sexy back.
