No Bake Cheesecake

  Hubby and I have been craving for cheesecake for months now. Somehow, we weren't able to have (or enjoy) cheesecake during our more than a month long vacation. I guess we missed too much of too many things and cheesecake was on the lower part of our list. Apparently, there seems no pastry shop here that serves cheesecake... mostly mousse and overly decorated cakes only. So I have to make one (again) to satisfy our cravings.
I think I pretty much nailed it.

Next time I'm going to make this from scratch.
