keeping my promise

My baby is almost 3 months now. Her birth weight has doubled and carrying her is quite difficult already. (A baby carrier would be nice.) She has grown taller too. Or her long pants are becoming shorter? She can sleep by herself most of the time -- no more lullabies, no more carrying, no more (extra) milk time. I still wake up in the middle of night thinking she's hungry or needs a diaper change. But I guess she can sleep through the night without those. My baby is growing up very fast. Soon, she won't be needing mommy anymore. I'm becoming sentimental.

Whether you're still the newborn I carry in my arms, or a toddler I play with on the rubber mats, or a teenager I shop around with in malls... I will still make everything around you beautiful because you're the most beautiful thing that ever happened to us. That's my promise.

Oh by the way, thank you my sweetheart for being my inspiration. We have a new carrier brought to us by Dainty Mom.
